Maintenance Operative

We have an urgent requirement for an experience maintenance operative / site maintenance officer to work for our client, a large Facilities Management and maintenance provider. Covering four sites in Liverpool, you will be required to undertake a wide range of general maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fabric repairs.

Ideally you will have a relevant trade qualification – you MUST have experience working in a general maintenance role, and have excellent understanding of building services repairs and planned maintenance.

An immediate start is available (you MUST be available for temporary work – please do not apply if you do not want temporary / agency work) – and there is the potential for longer term opportunities for the right person.
