SRG are looking for a Maintenance Fitter / Welder for a Manufacturing company based in Kent, on continental shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6), M-F.
We are looking for someone that has a strong background and formal Qualifications within Welding / Fabrication / Maintenance, ideally within the Process Manufacturing Industries.
Job Description:
* Fabrication, including welding, burning, cutting and grinding – to a high level (mainly MIG)
* Investigate breakdowns, facilitate repairs, carry out RCA to prevent reoccurrence.
* Routine plant maintenance, including adopting a full plant preventative maintenance schedule
* Ensuring plant/equipment is maintained to a high level and meets all statutory and company requirements
* Comply with all safety, health and environmental policies
