Maintenance Delivery Scheduler
Job Description
AWE have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Scheduler in the Maintenance Delivery Planning Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance planning and support to the Maintenance Team.
Location – Reading area.
Package – £27,960 – £37,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

Core duties to include:
- Generate and release of Work orders.
- Aid compliance and monitor and chase 1528/LC28 attend daily morning meetings.
- Close any facility dockets as and when they come through.
- Deal with all queries from facility, WSO’s etc
- Check requires planning / re-schedule planning / further action required.
- Check and Action safety related breakdowns as soon as they come through and let the relevant service providers know and down grade work order when team are in attendance.
- Chase tasks passed their planned date and update comments on AMS.
- Regular review and update of backlog.
- Attend weekly Facility planning meetings.
- Action call centre breakdowns daily.
- Creation of follow on tasks from work orders.
- Attend service provider meetings weekly to balance and resource plan.
- Gather Impact Information for PM tasks at the request of the Planner.
- Hold deconfliction meetings with facilities, service providers.
- Update AMS with dates, statuses and comments as when required.
- Report to Maintenance planner, providing updates on plans, 1528.
- Focal point for Maintenance Team.
- Covering of other schedulers on site, when on leave.
- Maintain Safety, Security and Environmental standards.
- Good Team player, with great communication skills.
- Assist with the compliance of the Maintenance plan against AM(PE) arrangements and Licence Conditions.

You will need the following:
- Good team player, experienced in working as part of a busy and dedicated team.
- Experience of the use of AMS & EXCEL.
- Knowledge of Plods and PLOWS (Planning meetings).
- Good communication skills and proven experience of providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.

Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
