Mail & Reprographics Operative

The role holder will work at both Euston and Finsbury offices. Whether you are dealing with a courier issue in the Mailroom, or printing an urgent document in the Printroom, there will always be challenges in everything you do. From finding the most efficient and cost effective way to send a courier to USA, or how to condense an A4 document into A5, challenges are available in abundance.

In the Mailroom the role holder will be responsible for
*Booking, sorting and delivering post and couriers
*Delivering stationery
*Replacing toners and replenishing the paper stocks in all printers and copiers
In the Reprographics office, the role holder will be responsible for
*Printing and binding of documents
*The making of booklets, as well as laminating and changing toners

Qualifications

*Experience is preferable but not essential
As long as you are hard-working, willing to learn new skills and happy working in a busy and vibrant office, this role is an excellent challenge for anyone looking to break into an office role.
