Magento PHP Developer – Ecommerce – Contract – Immediate start – Market rates

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Magento PHP Developer with strong experience in Ecommerce, Magento and PHP to join a market leading bespoke Software Solutions Company on a 3-4 month assignment with an impressive list of global clients’ on their portfolio.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of developers and will be working heavily with Ecommerce, Magento, PHP and surrounding technologies. You will be developing and maintaining bespoke web-based systems for their new and existing clients.

It would be extremely useful, and beneficial that you can demonstrate URLs, an online portfolio or be able to provide screenshots (or any relevant material) of some of the more important or advanced web systems that you have worked on.

Core Skills Required:
Magento, PHP, ecommerce, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Content Management Systems (CMS)

The successful Magento PHP Developer will possess the following:
*Extensive web development experience using Magento and PHP framework, plus surrounding technologies
*Strong ecommerce web development skills
*Extensive Content Management Systems (CMS) experience including creating CMS templates
*Commercial Front End (Web Design experience preferred)
*Large scale web development projects (Agency/large project experience preferable)

Desirable skills required:
*Web Application design
*CSS3, HTML5
*Umbraco, Sitecore or CrownPeak (or other similar CMS products)
*Agile / Scrum
*Other open source web applications
