Magazine Advertising Account Manager

Our very successful Lancashire Life magazine is looking to recruit an Account Manager for the Cumbria, Morecombe and Lancaster region. This opportunity will see you selling print and digital advertising campaigns and solutions to businesses throughout the area. Lancashire Life is the UK’s biggest selling county magazine and this year has been short-listed for an O2 award.

Ideally you will be from a media background, and have knowledge of magazine advertising however we are also open to candidates from a face to face sales B2B background. Archant Life has grown into the largest publisher of regional magazines in the UK publishing over 1 million copies each issue through 53 titles covering most of the country. A multi-media publisher, our portfolio includes magazines, iPad and iPhone apps, podcasts, digital magazines and websites.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

An understanding of magazine advertising including on-line and digital advertising
The ability to produce and action effective ideas and promotions
Customer-Centric focus
The ability to create new business and manage existing accounts
Previous B2B sales background
A full valid driving licence
