JOB PURPOSE: To accurately machine and assemble the raw materials for the Pressure Care products and ensure the production of finished goods to meet the required timescales and quality.

The following are important end results you are expected to achieve in the next year, in order of importance:

Accountabilities

* To ensure that all products are machined and assembled to the correct fit, dimensions and quality – 100% of the time.

* To liaise with the Cutter where necessary regarding bespoke product manufacture.

* To ensure production of pressure care products is in line with the Production Schedule – 100% of the time.

* To be able to make a product from start to finish where necessary.

* To follow guidelines regarding H&S and use of machinery – 100% of the time.

* Conforming to the quality checking procedure 100% of the time.

* To ensure that the Company code of conduct is followed at all times.

Responsibilities

* To work as a team with the other members of Pressure Care Production to ensure speed and quality of production.

* To provide training and assistance to other team members when required.

* To assist in the development and maintenance of the production “Bill of Materials & Cutting Book” for all pressure care products.

* To understand the nature of the pressure care products and their use and benefits.

* Assisting in other departments when required.
