Machine Operator
THE JOB
* £26,000 per year.
* Temporary to Permanent.
* Overtime available.
* Based in the Rotherham S65 area.
* You will be operating automated machines to produce the company’s product.
* To identify machine faults and report them.
* Working to targets.
* Inspecting materials and finished products.
* Good housekeeping.
* Quality assurance.
* Training provided.
THE PERSON
* Ideally possessing some engineering or production/manufacturing environment experience.
* Must have experience in machine operating.
* Have an eye for detail, strive for accuracy and respect quality in all aspects of the work.
* Be able to detect faults and report these to the relevant staff.
* Be able to work a 3-shift rotating pattern when required.
* Possess the ability to work well as part of a team or alone.
* Must have Safety Boots.
WORKING HOURS
The company operates a rotating 2 shift pattern, 40 hours a week:
* Days: 06:00-14:00
* Afternoons: 14:00-22:00
However, you may occasionally be required to work nights when required:
* Nights: 22:00 – 06:00
