Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year
Future Build are currently recruiting alongside a valued client of ours in their search for a M & E Design Coordinator / Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a £300m turnover main contractor, part of a larger group with strong financial backing. They are planning to grow to £500m turnover over the coming years and look on course to do so. They specialize in public sector work delivering a number of New Build RC Frame Residential schemes across London up to £40 million in value.
Due to the continued growth of the business they are looking to hire an M & E Design Coordinator.
About you:
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects
- M & E experience on RC Frame projects
- Previous management of a small design team
