The Club is the basis of our operation and is there to provide excellent customer service. Our Club Members can validate membership, report problems, place orders or simply talk to one of our experts about coffee.

We have temporary full-time positions available for sales consultants with experience in the luxury retail sector and enhancing the customers experience to join our Boutique in Birmingham situated inside Selfridges.

Our Boutique Sales Consultant/Coffee Specialist are ambassadors for the Nespresso brand within the retail environment. Key responsibilities will be centred on providing an excellent customer service each and every time. The Boutique Sales Consultant will be expected to advise both prospective and existing Club Members of the unique properties and benefits of Nespresso products and services, and maximise the sale of all Nespresso products presented in the Boutique.

You will be offered guaranteed hours for an eight week period to support the existing team in the peak of Christmas. You will be carrying out the same duties as a permenant employee subject to training and play a vital role in the Boutique to meet club members increased demands. Your flexibility and comitment to be able to work weekends, late shifts and early shifts is a requirement of the role.
