Low Carbon Solutions Bid Estimator

Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

Our client is an industry leading M&E contractor who’re working across multiple sectors including commercial, health care, industrial, residential and more.

At present they require a Low Carbon Solutions Bid Estimator for an SPV Business Unit that operates within the Energy Low Carbon performance contracting market, providing long term (5 to 25 year) Low Energy Solutions on the basis of guaranteed energy, carbon and maintenance savings. ILCS Manage the whole Project Solution from Concept through Design and Delivery and right through a Term Operate and Optimise Phase.

Our client is part of the EDF Energy and Dalkia Business Europe and will operate the M&E Services and Energy Design Build Operate and Maintain Delivery Business in the UK.

Uniquely utilising the Skills and Experience of all the Imtech Businesses Including Engineering Services, Inviron and Capula.

These Business Units are brought together as one team for each Energy Project Opportunity. They are utilised to provide detailed design and installation (Engineering Services) and Operation and maintenance plus whole life cost management (Inviron). And smart controls provision to the BMS systems (Capula).

Much of the work to date has been within the public sector (Hospitals and Local Authorities), but could cover all aspects of large Public Buildings Including Higher Education, Commercial and Industrial Asset’s.
