Logistics / Supply Chain Management (French Speaking)

We are very proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the leading manufacturers in Essex just now, who are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Customer Service Executive.
The job holder will work within the clients Supply Chain Department and therefore supply chain or logistics experience would be advantageous. However, the essential pre-requisite is that the successful applicant must speak fluent French.

Your day to day duties will be to manage all aspects of key accounts in terms of logistics scheduling and customer liaison, in line with the objective of achieving world class service levels. You will also ensure that all accounts are managed in compliance with customer service level agreements and specifications in line with business objectives and targets. Assist in the development and implementation of processes, standards and disciplines throughout the operation, which ensure robust and sustainable improvements in supply chain and manufacturing performance in accordance with business objectives.
