You’ll need Maths and English Grades A to C or Functional Skills L2.Other than that, it’s about your attitude and desire to do well. We choose people who are happy to roll their sleeves up, work with the team and make our business even better. You’ll find yourself in many challenging situations but you’ll have the grit and determination to deal with anything that comes your way.
