My client is a fast-growing financial company with their headquarters based in Preston Brook, Cheshire. The company is currently going through an expansion and is now looking for Local Marketing Executive to join their successful team.

This is a permanent position working for an extremely exciting and fast-growing company that are looking for the best talent the region has to offer. The company will support and develop you, giving you the tools to do the job to the best of your ability. To ensure your abilities are continuously maximised the organisation have recently invested and opened a purpose-built training academy on site.

Your main responsibilities will include:-

As a Local Marketing Executive you will be expect to provide first class marketing advice, programming and execution to the corporate estate and organise and book the local marketing activity for our nationwide retail stores. This would include but not be limited to press, outdoor and radio.

You will be liaising with store managers, store development managers and regional managers to ensure that our client’s brand is maximising local marketing initiatives and driving additional footfall.
You will be Responsible for budgetary management and gaining maximum return on investment, you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the local marketing mix and have the confidence that you can make the retail stores famous in their own towns.

You will be working alongside the stores to coach and develop all members of the team to become top performers, to enable them to deliver excellent customer service to maximise retail sales and profit potential ensuring that company sales targets and team development expectations are met.

Successful candidates must have a strong background in a similar marketing position; have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an excellent customer services appreciation and fantastic planning and organisation skills. It is essential that you have excellent time and work management skills that ensure your workload is managed and deadlines met according to agreed priorities
