Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

This is a newly created role, so you will have the opportunity of really making it your own. The position is working for a highly successful, rapidly growing, independent firm based in Leamington Spa.

The position is offered with a range of benefits including free on-site parking, five weeks’ annual leave and an ongoing investment in training and continued professional development, ensuring genuine long term career progression.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with broad experience in civil and commercial litigation. Candidates MUST have experience in contested probate.

The role will involve running your own caseload of litigation matters which will include contested probate, inheritance disputes, employment law and a broad range of other civil and commercial matters.

This is a full-time permament position, offered with a range of benefits including 25 days’ annual leave, rising to 28 days, free on-site parking and ongoing development.
