Jones & Chapman are part of one of the UK’s leading Estate Agents being part of the Connells Group inc Sequence with over 480 High Street Branches.
We are looking to recruit Lettings Negotiator for our Heswall branch.
As a Lettings Negotiator – previous estate agency experience or working in a heavily targeted environment is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate a high standard of customer care-service.
You must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to deal with people at all levels. A positive, energetic ‘can do’ approach that enjoys a busy environment, is essential.
