Salary: £210 – £264 per day

What you will do:

1

Follow through enquiries received from external agents and the marketing team to establish requirements of prospective tenants.
2

View property with prospective tenants and sell the merits of Spacia property and customer service.
3

Establish the credit worthiness of prospective tenants through taking suitable references. Make certain that prospective use of property does not conflict with Network Rail’s policies.
4

Negotiate and agree tenancy terms.
5

Manage the process of handover of the property to the new tenant.
6

Advise the marketing team on letting plans and strategies for vacant properties.
7

Contribute to the development of letting expenditure budgets.
8

Achieve established performance targets.
9

Co-ordinate all negotiations with customers regarding both current and potential tenancy and lease agreement terms.
10

Suggest proposals for lettings, sales and revenue generating opportunities.

Undertake the role of Client Representative under CDM Regulations on behalf of Network Rail in line with company standards.

Your experience will include:

Essential

Chartered Surveyor qualification (or working towards)

Full driving licence

Strong communication skills

Strong negotiation skills

Positive and proactive team player

Preferred

Experience within property agency

Educated to degree level or equivalent
