Location: Horley

Salary: £26,000/16,000 Basic – £33,000 OTE + Car Allowance

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED

There is clear progression to be a Senior Negotiator and then to an Assistant Branch Manager. The current Lettings Manager started as a Negotiator and is now a Lettings Manager within the space of 2 years! My client will also support you with additional academic qualifications related to Lettings i.e. ARLA.

Ideal Lettings Negotiator:

– Motivated
– Able to work well within a team
– Target driven
– Self-motivated

– Minimum of 6 months experience in Estate Agency

The role:

– Carry out property viewings with potential tenants

– Negotiate with a potential landlord for our different levels of service with varying commission rates

– Negotiate the property to be let to the right tenant for the best market value (special clauses, length of tenancy etc.)
