Legal Trainee Secretary at US Law Firm

One of the world’s top US law Firms is looking to hire, in their London office, a new Trainee Legal Secretary who has recently qualified from college with lots of work experience or has been working as a Legal Secretary and is now looking to take that step up to work for one of the world’s largest law firms where you will be put on their Training program. Initially this role will be on a 12 month contract, however the firm will be looking for you to stay long-term and join on a permanent basis, however you will need to demonstrate your ability, willingness to develop and desire to be a legal secretary. In this role you will be allocated the firm’s Trainee Lawyers as your allocation so there will be the chance to develop together as you both progress in your career. You will learn all internal systems as well as taking ownership of such tasks as email management, diary management and detailed travel itineraries. This firm is based in the City, very short walking distance from Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street, Cannon Street and London Bridge. Candidates must be able to touch-type, have distinctions in their ILEX legal secretarial or equivalent qualifications.
