This role is to offer Secretarial support to over 1500 fee earners across our 32 sites including Employed and Consultants. You will be working Monday to Friday, four days 8.00am until 16.00pm and one day 12noon to 20.00pm.

The Legal Support Secretarial Executive is responsible for the processing of LSO tickets, the delivery of legal support services and operational support to the fee earners across the business. Adhering to agreed service levels and reporting to the Head of Legal Support Operations on the delivery of the same. There is also a requirement to provide support and training to the portal and administration arm of the LSO when required.

This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Central Digital Dictation
  • Typing up traditional audio dictations from fee earner
  • Reviewing and amending speech to text dictations
  • Providing drafting and templating services
  • Centralised Mattersphere System Database Management
  • Creation of Associate contacts in Mattersphere
  • Working through branch office requests for data changes
  • Reprographics Function
  • General admin tasks e.g. client greeting, outgoing post etc
  • Portal and helpdesk tasks
