Salary: £26,000 per year

The Opportunity

A reputable and established national firm are seeking 2 x Legal Secretaries to join the social housing team, part of the firm’s property division within their Stratford office.

The Role
The key duties include:

•providing an effective organisational and administrative support service to a busy team of fee earners
•production of accurate typing and word processing through the use of digital dictation
•receiving and actioning file progression requests
•handling telephone calls, taking messages and assisting where possible and where appropriate
•making and maintaining manual and electronic diary entries
•collection of incoming post, photocopying, faxing, scanning, delivery of messages and memos and external postage procedure
•processing and filing of documentation associated with cases
•organising and maintaining departmental filing systems and document storage
•dealing with accounts queries and file closure
•assisting in the collation and production of management information and data
•contribution to marketing activities

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have:
•previous organisational and administrative experience ideally gained working in a legal secretarial role
•good ability to prioritise workload and cope with changing demands
•a high degree of initiative and lots of enthusiasm
•confident interpersonal skills
•professional and flexible approach

The Benefits
Salary guide is c20k plus excellent benefits
