You’ll review and validate Post Incident Reviews and Major Incident Closure Reports.

You’ll ensure that Hosting and Shared Service offerings are secure, resilient, and recoverable. Your skills as a Lead Technical ITSM, and your ability to get the best from your team of experts is critical to our customers.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

  • Experience of a Service Management Framework e.g., ITIL, embedding policies and procedures in a complex Hybrid Cloud environment.
  • Knowledge of developing and maturing a Service Management capability in a complex organisation, managing end to end services across a multi supplier landscape.
  • Experience of developing and overseeing the delivery of Security Assurance and Risk Remediation Action Plans.
  • Experience and understanding of On-Premise Hosting and Cloud Infrastructure, and Shared Services, specifically how they should be used to support delivery of strategic business objectives.
