Lead Interior Architect

My client seeks a Lead Interior Architect to join a brand new hospitality team. Their specialism is bespoke Hotels in key locations throughout the UK

My London based client seek to build a brand new Interiors team to work on luxury hotels through the UK and are looking to recruit a Lead Interior Architect.
As a Lead Interior Architect you will be required to;
– Work across several hotel interiors project from Inception through to completion
– Create models of the buildings and spaces
– Produce tender and construction drawing packages
– Oversee joinery drawings, lighting schemes and electrical layout
– Liaise and negotiate with contractors and other professionals
– Attend regular site visits with clients and contractors
– Problem solve any problems on site
– Be responsible for the budget of each project
– Prepare project debriefs
– Maintain a high professional appearance in-line with the companies standards

Working within such a prestigious company you will also act as an ambassador for their business by welcoming new colleagues to the company and demonstrating a CAN DO attitude. You will be positively promoting the image of the company so must have the ability to remain professional and presentable at all times.

You will ideally be RIBA Part II or Part III qualified and have worked within an Interiors practice/studio or within a role that has allowed you to work on high end hospitality Interior Designs.

– Technical skills will include; Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel
