The Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead specialising in Dynamics Development and Automation Testing. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading a talented team, driving Dynamics development, configuration, and automation testing initiatives. If you have a strong background in Power Apps, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure DevOps, along with experience in UI test automation and Behaviour-Driven Development, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, including model-driven apps, plug-ins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and workflows.

• Power Automate development to streamline business processes.

• Write automation tests to ensure the reliability and quality of developed solutions.

• Utilise tools like Selenium, EasyRepro, and SpecFlow for UI test automation and Behaviour-Driven Development.

• Proficient in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript for customising and extending Dynamics solutions.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing development processes (Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines).

• Experience with Git for version control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in Dynamics development and automation testing.

• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team.

• Strong proficiency in Power Apps development, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure DevOps.

• Experience with UI test automation tools such as Selenium and EasyRepro.

• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development tools like SpecFlow.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, including Solution Packager and Package Deployer.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 – Field Service module.

• Understanding of Azure services and infrastructure.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.

• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are a plus.
