We now have vacancies for Lead Care & Support Workers at our Inner London Team. We are looking for committed people who share our passion for supporting people who are living with different kinds of disabilities. Applicants must be dynamic and motivated and have an innovative approach to the delivery of quality person-centered care.

Lead Care & Support Workers for Inner London Team
Salary: £26,000per year
Hours of work: Part Time and Full Time positions available
Location: East London

Job Purpose:
• Play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high quality and cost effective care services within given area
• Ensure that good practice in service provision is embedded across the area
• Responsible for monitoring, mentoring and supporting new Care and Support Workers
• Ensure that Care and Support Workers undertake relevant learning and development activities including induction and that they translate training into practice
• Take personal charge of key issues to ensure that quality care and support is provided

Experience within a similar role is preferred but not essential.
