Salary: £66,000 – £84,000 per year
Legal 500 practice in Surrey, offering hybrid/agile working arrangements, seeks a talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer!
Our client, a bespoke firm in Camberley, is looking to employ a solicitor or legal executive with 3+ years’ PQE in litigation matters. The successful lawyer will handle an existing caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, whilst having the opportunity to develop and build new work.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.
Responsibilities
- Handling independently own dispute resolution caseload
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Contentious probate
- Negotiating settlements
- Assisting more senior fee earners with high intensity and high-value commercial disputes in the High Court
- Business development
The Candidate
- Solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in dispute resolution matters is essential
- Excellent negotiation, advocacy and client care skills
- IT proficient
- Has a flair for business development
- Strives for high standards in their work
