Laser Machine / Punching Machine Setter Operator

RMS is acting as an Employment Business on behalf of our client based in Ferryhill, County Durham. We are currently recruiting for a CNC Machine setter / operator.

Working on a three shift rotation after some initial training on days, this person should have experience and knowledge of working on Laser cutting machines (Ideally Bystronic) and or Punching machines (ideally Trumpf) but not essentially with this exact type of machine. This person must be able to work independently which will include setting of machine, loading and editing programs and checking parts. Knowledge of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential. The ability to work unsupervised is required as although in a team of approx. 6 people the individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance

Working hours: 2 or 3 shift rotation
