Laboratory Service Engineer / Chemist

Salary: £14.4 – £19.2 per hour

We are seeking a Laboratory / Analytical Chemist with some experience of maintaining laboratory instrumentation.

*****Specific experience in a field servicing role is not required as full training will be provided*****

This position is a home and field based role covering the whole of Ireland, overnight stays will therefore be part of the job.

My client is one of the world’s leading suppliers of laboratory equipment. Their range of products are supplied into pharmaceutical, healthcare and academic markets. Following planned expansion, they now seek to recruit a technically focused Chemist who will have responsibility for carrying out the planned preventative maintenance and calibration of their equipment. Applicants will have a degree qualification in Chemistry, or related subject, and have some previous experience maintaining/servicing complex automated laboratory equipment.
