Design Engineer / Building Services Manager

Due to the continued success of recent project deliveries and multiple project wins my client a successful and well established Contractor are looking to employ a Building Services Manager.

Operating within the Commercial Fit-Out sector they are one of the UK’s leading design, fit-out and refurbishment companies whose clients include Skype, Ebay, TalkTalk and many other high profile clients.

This role will be suitable for somebody who has started their career as an electrical, mechanical or building services design engineer working for a design consultancy and gained 3-4 years’ experience in a design environment.

The successful candidate will be predominantly office based working with technical designers but also meeting clients, taking briefs, coordinating mechanical and electrical works. There will obviously be the site side of the role but my client is specifically looking for someone who can use their academic and technical knowledge and experience to push forward the engineering side of the projects
