Salary: £42,000 per year
This Brigg Scientific Client are based in West London and they are seeking to recruit a Laboratory Manager for their busy contract testing Laboratory.
Key duties include:
* Work flow management of the Laboratory
* Delivery continued Analytical functionality of the Laboratory in the long term.
* Ensuring samples and test results are delivered in specified time frames.
* Complete all work according to ISO 17025 standards
* Ensure associated accreditation paperwork is kept up to date.
* Manage maintenance contracts for all Analytical equipment and ensure adequate performance checks are completed
* Monitor training and mentoring activities
* Provide line management to team members, including performance review, appraisal, training and development.
* Lead Method development across LCMS, GCMS and GCMSMS disciplines.
* Lead implementation of new methods according to Validation requirements.
The role is full time Monday to Friday and carries a salary of between £42,000and £40,000.
