We are looking for individuals to work on a one to one basis with long term unemployed persons. Conducting full needs assessments with each client during their initial meetings. Identifying their individual barriers to employment and action planning to help resolve them.

The Job
This is a customer facing role where customer service to both the client and the partner organisations is paramount. You will ensure that the customers have the tools to be proactive in job searching and help them remove barriers to work. You will work towards targets, deadlines, quality compliance and administrative obligations.You will offer support to people who have moved in to work in order to ensure sustained employment.
