SEN Key Worker

Salary: £26,000 per year

CERT Solutions are looking to recruit a key worker who is able to offer two key children direct support within the classroom. Both students can be very distracted and prefer a good routine throughout their day. You will be expected to work 1:1 and take the students out of the classroom to do activities away from other distractions within the class. Both students have a diagnosis of Autism so it is important the ideal candidate has a general understanding and experience when supporting children on the Autistic Spectrum. One of the students is very verbal compared to the second student who uses PECS and other speech and language aids to support with their communication.

The school are looking for someone to start immediately who is able to offer stability and consistency throughout the academic year.
