Salary: £15 per hour
Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of a key account coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis during a busy period.
As a key account manager you will be supporting and managing the internal processes for key accounts but developing strong relationships with account managers and territory managers to nurture existing and support the development of new customer accounts.
key duties:
* Accurately processing quotations and customer orders for key accounts in line with agreed terms and pricing.
* Raising customer quotes.
* Managing inbound calls and liaising with customers over the phone and building rapport with customers and internal staff.
* Complete daily checks to ensure that orders have been processed accurately to avoid invoice queries.
* Support the customer relations advisor to proactively resolve customer issues, providing adequate solutions to meet the customer needs as appropriate.
* Develop call plan for key account customers to keep them informed of changes to schedules.
Key Skills:
* Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
* Develop good understanding of customer service and performance metrics to ensure personal performance and decisions are aligned to meeting agreed targets.
* Good organisational skills.
* Team Player.
