An exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to work at one of the most prestigious schools based in, Surrey, to work with an enthusiastic team to produce and service top-quality food.
Ideal candidate for the position of the Junior Sous Chef should have:
* Experience working within the Education catering sector, would be an advantage
* Presentation and communication skills
* Passionate delivering quality food and service
* Good knowledge of current food trends
* Able to set budgets and costings
* Menus planning
