As the UK’s Largest Protection Broker covering the leading Insurance companies, Reassured in Southampton looking for a sales consultant to join our existing team in time for our January induction. As a life insurance intermediary, we pride ourselves on protecting thousands of families across the UK, so within the telesales department, you will be expected to proactively contact warm potential customers with no cold calling and fortnightly 4-day weeks (Mon – Thurs)!

Offer
– 25k basic – OTE £50,000 based on targets
– Good bonus – potential to earn 75% of your basic, 50% of monthly salary & 25% of quarterly (earn up to £1250 monthly extra targets are met)
– £200 monthly extra for referrals 12 months after start date (£2,400pa additional)
– Mon-Thurs or Mon-Fr
– 4 day weeks! – 3 day weekends
– In effect up to 54 days off a year
– Mon 10-7:30pm, Tues – Thurs/Fri 9-6:30pm
– 1 in 6 Saturday shifts (9-4pm)

Skills and Experience
– Proven targeted outbound sales experience ideal; if not direct sales experience
– Good communicator
– Passionate for sales to ensure consistent sales results are achieved daily
– Experience of working to and achieving targets
– Self-motivated
– Driven by sales, money and material rewards as a goal
– Enjoys selling and likes influencing others and negotiating
– The ability to work in a team
– Enjoys fast-paced environment
