Company Information: This established developer and consultant practice has experienced rapid growth over the last 18 months, enjoying an immensely successful period of designing and building their own houses, along with producing working drawings for major house builders such as Taylor Wimpey, and completing units for Housing Associations like Midland Heart and Orbit Housing.

Due to this success, they are currently seeking a Junior Revit Technician to join them in their offices, based not far from the centre of Northampton. You will be working on a variety of high-rise residential schemes within a design team which is steadily growing amongst a company-wide workforce of more than 30. This role would suit an Junior Technician with a good understand of Revit looking to kick start their career in the Architecture sector.

Experience in the following is advantageous:

• Experience in the residential sector is highly advantageous
• Production of drawing packages including house type floor plans and elevations
• Any experienced in the planning process including applications and discharging planning conditions.
• Excellent presentation skills and an eye for detail
• Good understanding of Revit and AutoCAD
