£28,000 (£30,000 after probation) plus bonus

Within this role you will support the identification, assessment and implementation of business improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• To ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational projects
• To support the Project Team with larger projects as determined by the Business Improvement Manager
• Support business development activities (such as tender meetings, new business implementations) at all times assessing and evaluating the impact to processes and technologies.

You will be specifically responsible for the following areas:
• Scoping projects and documenting general business requirements that apply for all functional areas of the business
• Producing and maintaining basic project management deliverables (i.e. plans, issue logs, risk logs) to monitor and manage progress
• Producing business process diagrams to support business understanding of project deliverables
• To coordinate and produce User Acceptance Test plans, as applicable, to support the delivery of operational projects
• Provide input for tender responses (i.e. Project Plans, standard implementation methods)
• Support the evaluation of the business cases for medium and long term business initiatives.
• Support the Motor and C&T sales teams with the development of new business ideas and opportunities, and provide input into tender documents.

Applicants must have experience within MAUK Operations at Supervisory level, demonstrable problem solving skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, proven numerical ability and excellent written and spoken communication skills. Project management experience would be an advantage.
