Our client based in Southampton, Hampshire is looking for a Junior Software Developer: A well-rounded and technologically savvy individual with a positive attitude who shows a bit of initiative and creativity in how they work. The role requires someone able to conceive, design and build new software applications as well as pick up and innovate.

You should be an amazing communicator and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team on all sorts of technical challenges; it is a brilliantly varied role that will see you involved with both internal and external clients, building web based interactive tools, maps and websites as well as maintaining and enhancing corporate website for our clients. Our client is looking for people that are hungry for technical growth displaying the attitude, energy and focus to ensure a positive team morale.

We use lots of PHP and C#
We tinker with all manner of shiny web application frameworks
We like to achieve pixel perfect accuracy with our designs
We love people who are obsessed with writing clean and efficient code

As a junior software developer, you will be working within a software development team consisting of some amazing designers and developers. With support from more senior developers and regular code reviews you will grow not only your coding knowledge but also create a viable basis for design skills.
