Homeowners who wish to market their homes and connect with affluent travellers around the globe, can list for free and earn money while they’re away. Our client provide homeowners with a fully managed service and provide their own cleaners, maintenance services, linens, and even greet and help guests get settled in.
They have recently taken a £3.5m investment from Smedvig Capital and are consequently looking to grow rapidly over the coming months and years. It is an incredibly exciting company to join.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join their Guest Sales Team in their London office.
You will be responsible for:
• Processing inbound phone bookings
• Suggesting alternatives should their desired properties be occupied
• Advising suitable apartments and townhouses for their stay based on the experience that they are looking for. (e.g. you might advise someone looking to experience the cooler side of London to stay near Shoreditch)
The role will suit a driven and ambitious person who will excel in an entrepreneurial position, with uncapped earning potential.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• At least a 2:1 (or equivalent) from a top university
• Some sales experience, as well as travel experience preferably
• Excellent knowledge of London and its neighbourhoods
• A ‘start up’ and self-motivated attitude.
• Fluent English is required, whilst another European language is a bonus
• You’re not afraid of putting in late nights or working weekend shifts to hit your numbers.

Salary: £26,000 per year + commission (OTE – £28,000)
