Italian speaking Business Development Executive

Our client is a very successful and stable company within the communications industry. They are looking for an Italian speaker business developer executive to join their sale team.

Requirements:
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate at least three years experience of both new business development and retention.
• Strong outbound telesales background. The ability to achieve and maintain high daily call volumes to potential customers (3/4 hours per day on average).
• Being able to recommend specific products according to the customers’ needs
• Be able to proactively seek new potential customers as well as grow revenue from our existing customer database.
• A self‐motivated, resilient and persistent approach.
• You will be required to spend approximately two nights per month travelling within Europe.

Responsibilities will include:
• The majority of the role will be office based and having contact with the customers mainly over the telephone to understand the requirements and introduce the product range and complete follow up communication.
• Maintaining the customer database up to date
• Working to targets and KPI’s.
• A complete understanding of the product portfolio in order to influence or close any potential business transactions.
• Understand the competitor’s strategy and the market.
