IT Technical Support and Web Design

KSA is working with a successful company that is looking to appoint an experienced IT technical support, mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. Individual tasks do vary but may include:

Installing and configuring computer applications and hardware operating systems.
Monitoring and maintaining computer networks and systems.
Talking staff through a series of actions, either over the telephone or face to face to help set systems up or to resolve any issues.
Troubleshooting system diagnosing and network problems, solving hardware/software faults.
Providing support, including relevant reports and procedural documentation
Following written instructions and diagrams to repair a fault or set up a system
Giving support to the roll-out of new applications.
Setting up new profiles and users accounts and dealing with password issues.
Actively working on a task until completion or referral to third parties, if appropriate.
Evaluating and testing new technology.
Knowledge of Programming, Adobe Photoshop and PHP preferable.

Essential skills

Web developing
Knowledge of an Email marketing service provider, i.e mailchimp etc
Knowledge of Dreamweaver
