IT Technical Support Analyst

We are currently working on behalf of our client who is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their business at one of their sites in North Norfolk.

You will be reporting to the ICT Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
• You will be responsible for the support, maintenance and development of the IT technical infrastructure and business applications
• First and second line support
• Answering the phone, dealing with and then resolving any problems, queries and requests for IT Technical Support.
• Escalating any requests which are enabled to be resolved
• Setting up user accounts
• Monitoring system usage
• Setting up printers
• Administration of Internet access
• Restoring files from back ups
• Setting up security

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in HNC, HND, in an IT related subject (complete or in progress) is desirable
• Must have IT support experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Products and Apple Mac
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self confidence
• Honesty
• Ability and desire to learn new technical skills
• Work as part of a team

You will be required to travel to company locations in the UK and Ireland therefore a driving licence is required

Successful applicants can expect to receive:

• £18,000 – £20,000
