IT Talent Researcher

Salary: £26,400 – £33,600 per year

We are looking for a Researcher to support the Talent Acquisition team at The Digital Bench. This is an opportunity to get involved in the full recruitment life cycle, working with a number of key business partners as you directly source for varied technology-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and actively engage talent through a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools and active networking

• Identify and manage candidates through the resourcing process, acknowledging applications, shortlisting CV’s, pre-screening activity, conducting video interviews, and ensure candidates receive a good service.

• Use social media platforms effectively to attract talent

• Support technical assessment process

• Resource planning with key business partners

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

• Demonstrable experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition

• Sound understanding of resourcing methodology through direct methods

• Ability to work well under pressure and to challenging deadlines

• Relationship building and influencing skills

• Proven track record of providing an excellent candidate experience
