IT Support Technician / SQL / IT Assistance

The IT Support/Technician will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide support to the IT Manager and Customer Service Manager.
As part of your role you will responsible for supporting the internal IT infrastructure, both server and desktop, general maintenance of customer desktops, laptops, servers and mobile devices and providing support to the service team in the diagnosis, root-cause analysis and resolution of technically complex client issues. You will also be responsible for the management of 3rd party software solutions and troubleshooting and monitoring of SQL database applications.
Essential technical skills include a good understanding of SQL, experience with database software/web applications, Windows server 2003,2008,2012, TCP-IP networking and VPN and RDP. You will have the ability to work on own initiative, strong oral and written communication skills, an eagerness to learn and the ability to multi-task.
