Salary: £26,000 per year
IT Support Engineer – Grantham (Hybrid Role) – £26,000 per year plus excellent company benefits
Our client is an extremely well established and successful IT company based in Grantham; due to their continued success they are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their existing team
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
* Dealing with 1st Line Support queries from clients
* Liaising with various in house departments to resolve any issues
* Passing more complex issues onto relevant team
* Providing an exceptional technical support service at all times
All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:
* Previous IT Support experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Be passionate about IT and want to build a long term career
* An IT qualification would be beneficial but not essential
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
