IT Support Engineer, Melksham
Up to £32,000
IT Support Engineer with strong background and working experience of supporting enterprise level infrastructure and networks to join this manufacturer based in Melksham. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all the technical issues with PCs, laptops, printers and any other computer peripherals across different business sites.
Key responsibilities
* 1st/2nd line technical support to internal users (remote and face to face)
* Configuration and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, telephony systems etc.
* Server support – physical and virtual
Skills
* Background in supporting an enterprise level infrastructure and applications
* Good understanding of network technologies
* Experience of supporting and creating new virtual machines (VMware)
