Job Profile
My client are looking to recruit an IT Support Assistant to act as a first line support on all hardware and software support calls for London’s leading sightseeing company.

The successful candidate will have a broad technical background and solid experience in the following skills:

Windows Server 2008/2012
Networking protocols
Active Directory
Terminal Server
Microsoft Office
Desktop Support
Experienced in using backup software
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:

Helpdesk and incident management
Providing onsite and remote support
PC and server configuration
Creation of user accounts/profiles
Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
Printer troubleshooting
Telephone system configuration
Experience configuring smartphones and tablets
Liaising with ISP’s and other IT vendors
Managing IT hardware inventory and licensing
Applicant’s Criteria:

Fluent written and spoken English.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of networks
Proactive and professional attitude to work and learning
Well organized
A ‘can do’ attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
