Job Description

An established legal firm is looking for a personable, articulate and analytical IT Support Analyst to join its sizeable team based in central London.

As the IT Support Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for all technical issues. You will work as an integral part of a team of engineers to deliver a centralised 1 st /2 nd line support service for all system issues and be responsible for providing frontline support to both users and employees across the business. This role involves taking incoming calls, managing requests, resolving or escalating incidents when necessary and therefore excellent communication skills are a key requirement.

You will also be responsible for the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established procedures. This includes internally developed applications, software management and ITSM applications.

Applications are welcome from candidates with proven experience in a similar technical environment, with strong knowledge and experience of supporting Windows OS, Office 365 and Mac systems who are personable, logical problem solvers with a passion for IT. Any prior experience using VPNs and Citrix would be advantageous to your application.
