Salary: £32,400 – £33,600 per year

1st/2nd Line Support Desk Analyst – Leeds – Hybrid

1st/2nd Line Support Desk Analyst is required for a rapidly growing multi-jurisdictional business with an emphasis on security, compliance, and policy.

The organisation and team are a highly technical outfit, with a very strong culture of excellence and as such you’ll work with some of the best Tech minds!

You will possess:

• Experience working in Microsoft desktop operating systems and the MS Office suite
• Working knowledge of ITIL Foundations
• Solid experience in troubleshooting
• Understanding of Active Directory and HP servers
• Ability to withstand pressure
• Degree in IT is advantageous
