Salary: £35,280 per year
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst based at Unilever’s TIGI offices in Battersea, London (SW11). This is a full time, temporary role for 6 months with the potential to be extended, paying up to £35,280 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. There will also be an additional £1750 per annum, pro rata, London Allowance, paid monthly.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide onsite and remote support to all our users on a day to day basis for Unilever’s TIGI category. Excellent customer service & communication skills are essential for the role. The successful applicant will liaise with directors, managers, customers and suppliers.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide a VIP IT service to our senior management team; provide desktop support for onsite employees; and provide telephone & remote support to our non-office based teams
*Be the face of IT at our Battersea location and provide excellent customer service to our employees
*Troubleshoot IT related issues and provide fix/resolution
*Log and keep records of all IT queries through our ticketing system
*Setup equipment for new/existing employees and provide training where necessary
*Work with the wider IT team on projects & priorities
*Support the LAN/Wireless and local servers
*Support our Nortel BCM telephone system
*Follow IT policies and procedures
*Minimal travel to support sales meetings will be required
TECHNICAL SPECIFIC SKILLS
*Good knowledge of Windows Server (2008, 2012), Windows (7, 8) and Apple OS
*Good knowledge of Active directory, Exchange 2010, Networking, Wireless, TCP/IP
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (2010, 2013)
*Knowledge of Apple products such as Adobe Design Suite, iPads & “popular” business apps is preferable
PERSON SPECIFICATION
*Computer related degree or qualifications
*Good technical and troubleshooting skills
*Good communication skills
*Ability to prioritise workload
*Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
