1st/2nd Line Support Job – London – Salary £125-£150 Per Day

1st/2nd Line Support Job for a large Charity organisation (6 Month Contract) possible extension.

Your new company
A leading Charity organisation that is based in Central London are looking for someone to support their IT Team is providing excellent IT support to the organisation.

Your new role
As a 1st/2nd Line Support analyst you will be part of the IT Team supporting the staff within the organisation. Being the first point of contact with any IT issues, at the same time providing excellent customer service and escalating the issue to the relevant people within the IT team. What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this job you will have experience of working in a 1st/2nd line support role, disk imaging and encryption, basic Active Directory / Exchange e.g. password resets / user account management. Any experience with SharePoint, Dell laptops, Konica printers, video-conferencing and Shoretel telephony would be a bonus, as would previous not-for-profit experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
